Vinyl decks, frameless glass railings and patio cover

LIGHTS

1. Upper Lynn, North Vancouver

Two big vinyl decks overlooking the forest were designed and constructed. A tall A-frame aluminum & glass patio cover was built for the upper patio and accented with solid wood beams and posts that echo the surrounding woods. The installation of frameless glass railings throughout give a contemporary and upscale appeal to the the entire house.

2. Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver

A simple patio cover order turned into a full rebuild that saved our client a lot of problems down the road. During our initial assessment we discovered extensive damage to the decking itself. The structural integrity of the decks was compromised to the point that, had we built the cover on it, the whole structure might have collapsed. We designed and reconstructed the deck, then added an aluminium and glass cover complimented by a sleek frameless glass railings.

3. Kew Cliff, West Vancouver

A huge project to create multiple wooden decks, stairs, and landscaped landings descending from cliff to ocean in West Vancouver. For the project we redefined the entire landscape of the slope; multiple decks, landings, and rock walls create several terraces that with connecting stairways take you from the house high above down to the water.

4. Grouse, North Vancouver

Demolished the sunroom, rebuilt the composite deck and stairs with Trex Transcend Lineage decking board, installed the frameless stand-off glass railings, added an aluminum-glass patio cover, expanded one end of the deck for the BBQ, installed a bi-fold patio door, a composite privacy wall and a retractable screen for privacy. This rebuilt transformed the outdoor deck into the functional and upscale entertainment area.

5. Oceanview, West Vancouver

A multiple decks renovation and expansion with new railings made for a challenging job in this 4-story home overlooking the ocean. The existing decks were sloping towards the house and drainage was gravely insufficient which over the years caused serious water damage. We discovered extensive rot that made the existing decks extremely unstable and unsafe. Our work re-established structural integrity and transformed look & functionality creating a safe space to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

6. Grand Blvd, North Vancouver

A small entrance landing turns into a large covered four season deck that runs along the entire side of the house. We designed and constructed the decks and built the aluminium & glass patio cover; we finished by installing frameless stand-off glass railings. The TREX composite deck board was chosen to ensure both the longevity and aesthetics of the deck.

7. The Hill, Burnaby

The motorized louvered pergola fits the modern house perfectly, a contemporary and functional addition to the house, The client is thrilled by the solidness, finishing and smoothness of the opening and closing. With a simple click of a button on the remote control, the louvers can be open and shut quietly and smoothly. The lights allow them to enjoy the night.

8. Lynn Valley, North Vancouver

We built this contemporary, clean, and elegant design of composite fencing for a modern house.. It sets apart from competing products, enhancing the appeal of the outdoor space while providing superior quality and functionality. The composite fencing allows the homeowners to enjoy their outdoor space without the burden of constant aftercare.

9. Dunbar, Vancouver

A wood-glass top patio cover, a large hardwood patio complemented by a L-shaped railing, and a privacy wall all blend together to create a perfect outdoor entertainment space and transform the backyard into an all season sanctuary.

10. Trail Side, North Vancouver

Rebuilt the vinyl deck, reinforced damaged structure walls, installed the frameless glass railings and a new entrance door. The rebuilt has brought modern look to the house.
